Withdrawal policy
This policy explains available routes, checks and normal timing. It works alongside the payment-method page, identity policy and account terms.
1. Scope and consent
Submitting a request confirms that the destination details are accurate and that required checks may be completed before release.
2. Available methods
UK bank transfer and eligible debit-card returns are the standard methods. The route may be limited to the original funding source or another verified account in the same name.
3. Processing times
Approval and external settlement are separate. Bank transfers normally arrive within one to three business days after approval; card returns can take one to five business days.
4. Fees and costs
Aurora Finspire lists supported withdrawals as free. A receiving bank, card issuer or conversion provider may apply its own charge, which is outside our control.
5. Limits
Minimum and maximum amounts depend on the destination, available balance and provider rules. The interface displays any applicable limit before confirmation.
6. KYC and AML checks
Identity, account ownership and source-of-funds evidence may be required. Checks can be repeated when details change or risk indicators arise.
7. Delay or refusal
A request may pause because of mismatched names, incomplete evidence, insufficient cleared balance, technical failure, legal restriction or suspected fraud. We provide an update where lawful.
8. User responsibility
Users must verify sort code, account number and payee details. We cannot guarantee recovery where a user confirms incorrect details and the payment leaves the system.
9. Cancellation or change
A pending request can sometimes be cancelled before external processing begins. Once released, it normally cannot be changed and a new request may be required after funds return.
10. Support
Contact [email protected] with the request reference. Normal replies follow Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30 UK time, excluding bank holidays.
11. Policy updates
Changes are published on this page with effect from publication unless law or account terms require another notice period.
